Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to deliver your report. We don't sell your data, rent it, trade it, or share it for marketing — not now, not ever. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

When you take an assessment, IterationIQ stores:

• Your responses to each question
• The name, email, and company you provide at the end (if you provide them)
• Your browser and IP address, used to keep your session alive
• The UTM parameters of the link that brought you here, if any

When you send a situation through What's Holding Us Back, we store what you wrote, the optional context you chose, your anonymity level, and when you agreed to it being discussed. Paul reads each one. Nothing is published as written: identifying details are changed before anything appears in a video.

• Fully anonymous: we don't store your name, email, company, LinkedIn, IP address, browser details, or the link that brought you here, and the submission isn't connected to anything else you've done on the site. We don't store anything that identifies you. Our hosting provider may briefly log network addresses as part of running the site.
• Anonymous on video, or first name: we also store the contact details you give and what you asked for. Your contact details go to our CRM so we can reach you as you asked. What you wrote about your situation never does. We'll never publish your surname or company, and your first name only if you chose that.

Each submission is emailed to Paul when it arrives. To have one deleted, email the address under “How to delete it” below. For an anonymous submission, quote a line from it so we can find it.

To deliver your report. To follow up with you, but only if you've given us an email and you haven't unsubscribed. To improve the assessment over time.

We share what we collect with three third parties to actually deliver and improve the service:

• Resend — to send you the email containing your report link.
• GoHighLevel — our CRM, where contact records live so we can follow up.
• Google Analytics — to count visits to iterationiq.com and see which pages and links bring people here. See “Cookies” below.

Each is bound by its own privacy commitments. Beyond those three, no one else sees your data.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information for marketing or any other purpose. Not now, not ever.

Indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it. If you took the assessment, you may want to come back and look at the report later — we don't want to take that away from you.

Email [email protected] and we'll delete your contact record and your evaluation responses within seven days.

We set one cookie of our own: a session token that ties your in-progress responses to your evaluation.

On iterationiq.com we also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to count visits. It records the pages you view, the site or campaign link that brought you here, your general location, and your device and browser. Google Analytics doesn't store IP addresses, and we've turned off its advertising features. It never sees the What's Holding Us Back page or team invite links, and private links (like the one to your report) are stripped before anything is sent. To opt out, use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on or block it in your browser.

The video on the What's Holding Us Back page is embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set cookies unless you press play. Once you do, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.

If we change this policy, we'll update the “Effective” date at the top. Continued use of IterationIQ after a change means you accept the latest version. For meaningful changes (selling data, sharing with new third parties), we'll announce them by email if you've given us one.
