Questions

Before you start.

Which one should I start with?: Start with the free assessment. If the report names gaps you want to understand in depth, upgrade to the comprehensive. If you suspect your leadership team sees the company differently, the team 360° is the one that shows it.
Do I need to read the book first?: No. The assessment stands on its own. Your report points you to the chapters and sections of The Compounding Team that address your specific gaps.
If I upgrade, do I start over?: No. When you upgrade from your free report, your answers carry into the comprehensive, so you only answer the new questions.
On the team 360°, who sees my answers?: Nobody sees individual answers, including the person who bought it. The team report shows only the team's average in each area and how closely the team agrees, and it appears once at least three people have finished, so no one's answers can be worked out from it. Everyone also gets their own private report.
Is this a subscription?: No. Each assessment is a one-time purchase.
